What the role actually is
A licensed agent on the phone, helping real people decide.
This is a sales role, and it is a service role. The work is answering customers who asked to hear from someone, then guiding them toward a decision they understand.
- Answer inbound calls from customers who requested life insurance information.
- Understand each customer's needs through a structured, honest conversation.
- Explain appropriate coverage options clearly, without overstating what a policy does.
- Help customers complete applications and gather what the carrier requires.
- Follow Eterna's compliance, carrier, and program processes on every file.
- Keep notes and documentation accurate so follow-up is timely.
Who we're looking for
- Already licensed in life insurance
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Competitive, accountable, and consistent
- A clear communicator on the phone
- Available full-time, in-office in downtown Orlando

Stage 2
Spark Plus
For agents who have become proficient and are producing.
Stage 3
Limitless
Advanced stage for experienced and proficient agents.
Compensation transparency
What you should know before you apply.
Commission-based, 1099
You are an independent contractor working on commission, not an employee on payroll.
No salary, no guaranteed income
Earnings depend on production. Any figure someone quotes you should be substantiated and contextualized.
Costs are explained up front
State licensing fees are yours. Program-specific costs vary by stage and are reviewed in the interview.
Nothing is decided for you
Full compensation, cost, and program details are discussed before you commit to anything.

Tell us about your license and your goals.
Our team reviews every application and follows up to discuss fit, program details, and next steps. Nothing is shared publicly.
