Draft for legal review
Placeholder policy — not yet approved. Do not treat as final legal language. Add verified business contact details, the effective date, and any state-specific disclosures required by law.
1. Who we are
District Legacy is a life insurance sales team based in downtown Orlando, Florida, operating under Eterna, an established insurance agency. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to District Legacy. This website is a recruiting and information resource and is not Eterna's official agency website.
2. Information you give us
If you apply as an agent, we collect your name, email, phone number, license status, states licensed, production and experience details, availability, and any resume you choose to upload. If you request life insurance information, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, state of residence, preferred contact method, best time to contact, and the general topic you selected. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, health information, or payment details on these forms.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate agent applications, schedule conversations, keep records of consent, follow compliance obligations, and improve our recruiting and client communications. We do not sell your information.
4. Consent and communications
When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling the person who contacts you, or by replying STOP to a text message.
5. Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to serve your request — for example with Eterna, carriers, or service providers who support our operations — or where the law requires it. Those parties are expected to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was shared.
6. Retention and security
We keep submissions for as long as needed for the purpose collected, for our records, and to meet legal and compliance requirements. We restrict access to authorized team members and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will honor those requests subject to legal and compliance recordkeeping obligations.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top will reflect the current version.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be directed to the District Legacy team at 122 W Pine Street, Orlando, FL 32801. A verified phone number and email address will be added before publication.
